Tiffani Milstead earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from California State University Long Beach. She began her journey of helping others in 1995 working in substance abuse residential treatment programs. She began working in Criminal Justice in 2000 where she continues to work in dual-diagnosis Collaborative Courts programs here in Orange County.
Tiffani has become a local subject matter expert in supervising severe and persistently mental ill individuals. Due to her extensive work with this population, she now teaches new and incoming staff members in signs and symptoms of substance abuse, foundations of behavioral health issues, and case planning. She has completed the Instructor Development Course and is a trainer for Standards and Training for Corrections.
Throughout her professional career, Tiffani has worked with adolescents, adults and families in treatment programs and schools. She enjoys facilitating family groups and supporting families in their empowerment journey. She thrives on witnessing people grow both personally and professionally as a result of their shared experiences.
