Madeline Spring

Madeline is passionate about facilitating leaders’ freedom to step with authority into their fullest potential. She draws both upon her extensive training and experience in the mental health field as well as her business/organizational experience to facilitate holistic growth and healing for the leaders she serves. Business executives and leaders experience freedom to be more authentically themselves with significantly increased capacity, both personally and professionally, after working with Madeline. She finds that as leaders grow in the key areas addressed by the Townsend Model they are equipped with the capacity to meet and succeed in any task before them.

Madeline has a decade of experience in the Townsend Leadership model and has lead leadership groups for the past several years, through Townsend Leadership and elsewhere. She herself has experienced the power of these groups which have changed the ways both she and her husband love and lead. She largely credits her work in this model for her success in her business, teams, outreach and interpersonally, and is energized by equipping others to achieve the next level in their success and leadership as well.

Madeline has been trained by Dr. Townsend and mentored by Scott Makin (acclaimed coach and Co-Founder & Executive Director of Townsend Institute for Counseling and Leadership) for the past 8 years. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Malone University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Huntington University.
